Lucero utilizes a "XML return of RETS Mapped Standard Names” to retrieve listing data.
The field names listed below are the possible XML names (fields) that Lucero can accept into the back
office system.

Our sole intention is to reduce our customer’s staff workload.
Lucero does not see or utilze this data in any way, other than for initial testing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Lucero does not work with compact or decoded data.
