Prior Caller Checkbox
With Lucero Summit you can instantly identify prior callers, the date and time they called, and the agent they are working with. If they are not working with an agent, the system will register the prospect with the appropriate agent. Starting with a follow-up email, you will begin building history from that day forward. If the assigned agent does not follow-up properly, your reports will show it, allowing you to reassign leads to other agents in a timely fashion. This feature eliminates front desk confusion over who is working with which customer, while ensuring that all clients are properly handled.
Lead Management
Lead Management covers prospective buyers, sellers and referrals. Lead information can be entered directly into the Leads Personal Assistant Module or can linked through the Up-Desk, Listing Management, Sales Management or Referral Management modules of the Lucero Summit system. Users can then make follow-up calls and/or send individual or mass mail using the Lucero Summit Email program or merging with Microsoft Word. It’s that easy!
